All Rentalport business partners operating in Slovakia were automatically included in the Rentalport Car Rental of the Year 2021contest.
The decisive criteria for obtaining this prestigious award were mainly:
- customer satisfaction
- fleet condition
- active usage of Rentalport Business Partner Account
- Implementation of innovations
- number of successfully processed reservations
The results were finally announced on 16 December 2021. The prize was awarded to the Prestige rent-a-car, based in eastern Slovakia - in the city of Košice.
Prestige rent-a-car, which has been operating since 2015, became the best in meeting the contest's criteria as it cared for customer satisfaction throughout the year, boasts a well-equipped fleet and its employees actively worked with their Business Partner Account, enabling the company to process a large number of reservations and satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers.
Unfortunately, due to the current epidemic situation, it was not possible to meet Prestige rent-a-car representatives in person. Our CEO, Martina Bondarchuk, therefore met the representative of the winning car rental company, Radovan Olejár, online. During the call, she handed him the honorary title "Rentalport Car Rental of the Year 2021" together with the relevant certificate.
