I. Definitions
1.1
- For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Accessories
Accessories are movable things that the Business Partner may provide to the Customer separately and / or together and / or separately when hiring the vehicle, while the availability of which is determined by the Business Partner in the Business Partner Account. These include: navigation, child seat, roof rack, booster seat, snow chains, infant car seat, winter chains, load securing straps.
Mean of Transport
it is car or van which has at least four wheels and it is used for transportation of people or goods (referred to STK as M1, M2, M3, N1).
Extra services
are activities (directly and indirectly) related to the renting of vehicle that the Business Partner can offer together with the renting of the vehicle, the availability of which is determined by the Business Partner. In particular, the following services are provided: younger driver, another / additional driver, guarantee of a particular vehicle, return of vehicle outside the opening hours ("key box"), speedpass, delivery / transfer of the vehicle elsewhere, full coverage, eco plaque, vehicle interior insurance, windscreen insurance.
Category of vehicle
it is a group of mutually interchangeable vehicles of a similar type based on e.g. the size of the vehicle, the size of the luggage compartment, the number of seats, the engine power, etc.
Customer Account
it represents the Customer's profile on the Reservation Platform, which collects and / or stores all the information and settings uploaded by Customer when registering for its Profile using the online registration form on the Reservation Platform. These information includes, e.g., the name and surname of the person, company information, contact information, general settings information, and any other relevant information uploaded to the Customer's profile on the Reservation Platform.
Airport fee
it is a special site fee determined by the Business Partner, City, State, or Country included or beyond the Sale Price.
No show
it is the situation when the Customer fails to arrive at the day and time agreed to take over the Vehicle.
Non-attended reservation
it is the situation when it is not possible to serve the Customer, from objective reasons and under the terms of the Business Partner, it means to conclude a Lease Agreement, e.g. because of an invalid Customer ID.
Civil Code
it is the Act of the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic no. 40/1964 Coll. of 26 February 1960 - Civil Code.
Commercial Code
it is the Act of the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 513/1991 Coll. of 05 November 1991.
Business Partner
it is a natural person or legal person registered under the appropriate business license for the purpose pursued by the Agreement and the GTC, which has concluded the Agreement with RentalPort.com.
Personal Data
means any information which enables the identification of a natural person, directly or indirectly.
Cancellation Fee
is the amount for canceling the Reservation less than 48 hours before the lease of the Vehicle.
Damage
it is for the purposes of the Contract damage in relation to the Vehicle and / or Accessories and / or in relation to third party and represents the actual cost of towing, transporting, storing the Vehicle, repairing any damage (including tire and wheel damage), replacing spare parts or accessories, collision expert's fees, fees for an expert who makes a damage assessment (an invoice for such a service will be considered as proof of any such expense), legal service costs or any other costs related to an incident of any nature. Damage also includes any loss of profit and / or damage to reputation, direct and indirect damages, claims, court costs and / or legal costs.
Legislation
means any valid and effective, generally obligatory legal regulation that is part of the Slovak legislation; relevant guidelines, methodologies and other regulations that are obligatory for RentalPort.com or the Business Partner.
Price
represents the price determined by the Business Partner or RenalPort.com for the Customer for hiring the Vehicle (including Extra Services and Accessories, if provided), including the amount for all mandatory fees, surcharges and tax, except for the Airport Charge.
Lease Extension
means any extension of the term of lease of the Vehicle, Extra Services and / or Accessories beyond the agreed time or return period specified in the Lease Agreement and permitted by the Business Partner.
RentalPort.com
it is RentalPort.com, a.s. registered office: Drieňová 27, Bratislava - Ružinov, 821 01, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, file no. 6942 / B, ID: 52 339 530.
Invoiced Amount
is a monetary amount that, for objective reasons, is invoiced to Customer, Business Partner and / or RentalPort.com.
Registration Form
represents structured information in the form of a Customer Questionnaire for the purpose of registering or updating a Customer Account.
Reservation Platform
is a platform available through www.rentalport.com that allows the Customer to rent a Vehicle, Extra Services and / or Accessories from a Business Partner.
Reservation
is an electronic data uploaded via the Reservation Platform to the Business Partner Booking System of the Customer who has chosen to use the Reservation Platform for the purpose of hiring the Vehicle, providing Extra Services and / or hiring the Extras. It contains information about the Customer, but also the Driver; in particular the name, surname, sex, date of birth, exact time schedule for the start and end of the use of the Vehicle rental and / or the provision of Extra Services and / or rental of the Accessories and / or the provision of Extra Services and / or Rental of Accessories, Business Partner Data, Price, Services, and other relevant information.
Reservation System of Business Partner
is a system operated by the Business Partner outside the Reservation Platform.
Services
are the goods and / or services that the Business Partner provides and entrusts to the Customer for temporary use under a special contract between the Business Partner and the Customer; it is the lease of the Vehicle and may also include the provision of Extra Services and the Rental of Accessories if the Customer and the Business Partner agree to provide such Extra Services and / or the Rental of the Accessories.
Transaction Costs
are all costs of RentalPort.com associated with the Transaction of Customer's funds in connection with the provision of Services to the Business Partner. They shall include, in particular, the costs associated with the payment of transaction fees for the use of payment gateways at the rate effective on the day of payment.
Termination of the Lease Agreement
occurs at the moment of returning the Vehicle to Customers at the appropriate location and time in accordance with the Lease Agreement.
Driver
is a person authorized in the Lease Agreement by a Business Partner to lead a Means of Transport, holds a valid driving license in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and at the same time meets the age requirements for driving a vehicle in the country of use of the s a person authorized in the Lease Agreement by a Business Partner to lead a Means of Transport, holds a valid driving license in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and at the same time meets the age requirements for driving a vehicle in the country of use of the Means of Transport.
GTC
are those general terms and conditions for Customer.
Customer Data
are any Customer related information that RentalPort.com makes available to the Business Partner (including data such as names, surnames, addresses, destinations, e-mail address, passport data, driving license data and / or any other information and data) which enable the identification of Customers, directly or indirectly, or data obtained by the Business Partner directly from the Customer.
Customer
is a natural person or legal person that uses the Reservation Platform through which it is able to book the Vehicle, Extra Services and / or Accessories.
Rental Conditions
are the settings related to the services provided by the Business Partner to the Customer, whose content and scope are determined by the Business Partner. They are displayed in the Business Partner Account as “Basic Terms”.
VAT Act
is Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax.
The Act on Protection against Legalization of Proceeds from Crime
is Act no. 297/2008 Coll. on protection against money laundering and on protection against terrorist financing and on amendments to certain acts as amended and on protection against terrorist financing and on amendments to certain acts as amended.
Personal Data Protection Act
is Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts.
Contract
is a mediation agreement between RentalPort.com and the Business Partner.
Lease Contract
is a Contract for the Lease of the Vehicle, the provision of Extra Services and / or the Lease of Accessories concluded between the Customer and the Business Partner under which the Business Partner leases the Vehicle for consideration, provides the Extra Services and / or Leases the Customer.
Contracting Party
is a Business Partner and a Customer for the purposes of the Lease Agreement.
Reservation Cancellation
is a situation that occurs when a Customer has made a Reservation for the Rental of a Vehicle, the provision of Extra Services and / or a Rental of Accessories, but the Lease Agreement is not concluded or the Business Partner has canceled the Customer's Reservation through its Business Partner Account.
Cancellation of the reservation in time
means the cancellation of the Reservation by the Customer min. 48 hours before the agreed commencement of the lease of the Vehicle.
Cancellation of the reservation with delay
means the cancellation of the Reservation by the Customer less than 48 hours before the agreed commencement of the lease of the Means of Transport.
II. Introduction
2.1
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the terms of use of the Reservation Platform by the Customer.
2.2
The reservation platform serves as an online search and reservation space, in particular for searching, availability and reservation of Vehicles, Services and / or Accessories. Under the terms and conditions determined by the GTC, the Customers are entitled to search for the lease of the Means of Transport and related Services and / or Accessories through the Reservation Platform and at the same time to communicate with the Business Partner and make Reservations through the Reservation Platform.
2.3
For the avoidance of doubt, RentalPort.com is the only Operator of the Reservation Platform who is not the owner or lessee of the Vehicle; RentalPort.com (in particular, but not exclusively) does not offer, secure, rent, sell or supply the Rental of Vehicles, provide the Services and / or rent the Accessories. The individual Business Partner is responsible for the lease of the Vehicle, the provision of the Services and / or the lease of the Accessories, which provides them in direct contractual relationship with the Customer and under the Lease Agreement. RentalPort.com is neither a Party nor any other party in any contractual relationship between the Business Partner and the Customer. Although RentalPort.com does not act as an representative, agent, or agent of the Business Partner vis-a-vis the Customer, for the purposes of receiving and clearing payments from Customers, RentalPort.com is authorized by the Business Partner for all and any legal acts related thereto.
2.4
The Business Partner acts as an independent Service Provider in relation to the Customer; The business partner acts exclusively under its own name, under its own account and under its responsibility.
2.5
The Customer acknowledges that the Reservation Platform may not be available within 24 hours of each calendar day of the year, and is not responsible for any unavailability of the Reservation Platform at any time and at any duration. RentalPort.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the translated texts on the Reservation Platform.
2.6
The booking platform may also contain links to third party websites, the use of which may be subject to special conditions. Links are not a recommendation of RentalPort.com, which is not responsible for the availability, content, services or products offered through this website.
2.7
If the Customer is a consumer, the contractual relations (if not expressly governed by the GTC), shall be governed in particular by the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer Protection Act in the sale of goods or services and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
2.8
If the Customer is an entity different from the consumer, the relations not regulated by the GTC shall be governed by the Commercial Code.
III. Conditions for Reservation Platform Use
3.1
Use of the Reservation Platform by the Customer is free of charge and has the right to use the Reservation Platform only for non-commercial purposes in accordance with the GTC. The booking platform is not an open platform; Only Business Partners who have a Contract with RentalPort.com are allowed to access the Services.
3.2
Customer acknowledges that it has no right to modify, copy or transmit the source code of the Reservation Platform in any way, including but not limited to content, text, graphics, images, trade names, structure, photos, computer codes. RentalPort.com is not responsible for uploaded photos / images on the Reservation Platform for which it has no copyright or property rights. Customer is not entitled to any use of the photos posted on the Reservation Platform.
3.3
The Customer is not entitled to use the Reservation Platform, in particular, but not only, for the purpose of making speculative and false Reservations, ascertaining the prices of carriers; furthermore, in connection with its use, it is not authorized to use any automated systems or software for extracting data, use the business name or the RentalPort.com logo for commercial purposes without the prior consent of RentalPort.com, or copy or reproduce information from the Reservation Platform for commercial purposes.
IV. Reservation
4.1
Reservation can be made as a registered or unregistered Customer.
4.2
If the Customer is interested in creating a registration on the Reservation Platform, he can do so on the first page of the Reservation Platform, either through his Facebook account, Google account or email. Upon successful registration, the Customer will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during registration.
4.3
An unregistered Customer may also browse the Reservation Platform and create a Reservation. The advantage of registration on the Reservation Platform is access to the Customer Account, where they have their search history, comparator, favorites, created reservations, notifications, as well as the possibility to change the settings of the Customer Account.
4.6
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Personal Data as well as for other data and during the Reservation process, he may be asked to check the information provided in the Reservation, the Terms of Service and payment for the Service.
4.4
Reservation of the Service can be done on the Reservation Platform homepage, where the search engine is located, and in which the Customer enters his preferences (date, time and place of picking up and returning the Vehicle; chooses whether it is a one-way trip or returns the Vehicle in another place). Then, according to his preferences, he will see available search results from various Business Partners. Among the results, the Customer may select the Vehicle that suits him / her and expand the search result card to get detailed information about the Vehicle, availability, rental price, fees associated with the rental of the Vehicle, provision of Extra Services and / or Rental of Accessories, Business Partner ratings, reviews, contact information, specific Business Partner terms and conditions, and Customer Terms and Conditions. Registered customer has the possibility to save the search result into the comparator or favorite bookmarks. The reservation platform remembers the last searches of the unregistered Customer as well and stores such searches in the history. Search history, comparison, and popular search results are displayed on the bottom bar of the Reservation Platform for both Registered and Unregistered Customer.
4.5
The Customer shall make a binding confirmation of the Reservation by clicking on the “book” button or by clicking on the “shopping cart”. To make a successful Reservation is to accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Customer as well as confirmation of acquaintance with the terms and conditions of the processing of Personal Data. For the purpose of full use of the Reservation Platform and the possibility of making Reservations, the Customer shall provide data at least in the following extent:
- name, surname;
- permanent address;
- date of birth;
- e-mail;
- phone number;
- driving license number.
V. Payments
5.1
Payment for the Reservation is made by the Customer via Google Pay, Apple Pay or GoPay specified on the Reservation Platform. RentalPort.com shall not be liable for any unauthorized charges or damages that may arise in connection with credit or debit cards that have been used or information disclosed by Customer in this respect.
5.3
All payment processing data are transmitted via an encrypted and secure server. If the Customer needs to make any changes to the payment in his / her Reservation, he / she must notify it by email at payments@rentalport.com. RentalPort.com does not guarantee that the claimed payment changes will also be processed, but will make every effort to achieve a satisfactory result.
5.4
Contract on the Lease of the Vehicle, respectively the Extra services and / or Accessories the Customer concludes directly with a specific Business Partner. The Business Partner may require the Client to pay a deposit before the lease of the Vehicle.
5.5
Final accounting of the lease of the Vehicle, respectively of Extra Services and / or Accessories, complaints of leased Vehicle and return of deposit, the Customer shall deal directly with the Business Partner.
5.2
After the payment for the Reservation of the Service has been paid, the Customer will be sent a confirmation of the Reservation with the Reservation number to the email address given by the Customer at the Reservation. The Client is obliged to present the Confirmation of the Reservation with the Reservation number upon receipt of the Vehicle; The Reservation number shall be stated subsequently in all related proceedings with the Reservation. If the Reservation Confirmation is not delivered within 24 hours, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact RentalPort.com or the Business Partner. The Reservation Confirmation is not an invoice and may not contain all the requirements placed on the Reservation, so it is the Customer's responsibility to check this information and notify the Business Partner or RentalPort.com in case of any discrepancies. The Reservation Confirmation is available to registered Customers in the Customer Account.
5.6
Customer declares that due to the fact that the email provided in the Registration Form is the key for communication between the Customer and the Business Partner, the email is considered to be up to date until the new e-mail is notified. Any change to the email must always be confirmed.
5.7
The Customer acknowledges that after receiving the Vehicle the following documents may be required:
- driving license;
- valid ID;
- A credit card issued in the name of the main driver to cover expenses not covered by the insurance of the Vehicle;
- a hard copy of the Reservation Confirmation
5.8
In the case if it is not possible to present the required documents and / or credit cards, the Business Partner may refuse to provide the Vehicle without any right for any compensation or refund of funds already paid.
VI. Services Price list
6.1
The Customer acknowledges the prices for the Services and expresses his / her consent by binding confirmation of the Reservation.
6.3
Due to the nature of the Reservation Platform, RentalPort.com cannot guarantee that the Business Partner will not increase the price of the selected Services until the conclusion of the Lease Agreement between the Customer and the Business Partner.
6.5
The Customer acknowledges that if the Personal Data, Credit Card or other similar circumstances are suspected or proven to be misused, or due to a decision of an administrative, judicial or law enforcement authority, the Reservation may be canceled; of which the Business Partner will be informed. At the same time, he / she acknowledges that the funds paid by the Customer in connection with such Reservation may be subject to collateral within the scope of the relevant legal regulations in the ongoing proceedings until the case is fully settled. For this purpose RentalPort.com may temporarily block access to the Customer's Account.
6.6
In case of suspicion of the payment card misuse, the Customer is obliged to contact the bank that issued the payment card preferentially and subsequently the payment gate through which the Customer made the payment for the Service. If despite the this procedure, a satisfactory result is not obtained, Customer is entitled to contact RentalPort.com
6.2
Prices for the Service are final, ie. including VAT and all other taxes and fees which Customer is required to pay for the Service, the airport fee and any fees associated with the Service included, the amount of which depends on Customer's choice and is posted on the Reservation Platform. Customer acknowledges that prices for Business Partner Services may vary depending on Customer's requirements and information (in particular, but not limited to: driver's age, pick-up location, pick-up location, etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, the price for the Services does not include the price for the Extra Services and / or Extras beyond the Reservation, nor does it include any highway, toll, respectively other charges related to the use of roads, parking fees, penalties, fuel charges and other similar charges related to the operation and use of the Vehicle.
6.4
The Customer acknowledges that the Reservation may be refused or canceled even if it cannot be made due to a system error, in particular, but not exclusively, if due to temporary or permanent technical failure of the normal working of the Reservation Platform and / or the Business Partner's Reservation System will display a non-existent or sold-out service or sold-out service available or the service is available at a noticeably low price (respectively in price is missing and / or is in addition one or more digits) with respect to similar service at the same time and place at which they are sold (except in the case of an explicitly discounted price, such as a sale). In case of cancellation of the Reservation, the Customer will be informed by email with an offer of an alternative solution. If the Customer is not satisfied with the alternative solution, he / she is entitled to refund of the funds he / she paid in connection with the canceled Reservation; the return shall be made at the Customer's request sent by email to the bank account specified there.
VII. Services Claim conditions
7.2
If deficiencies are found, the Customer is entitled to contact the Business Partner via the claim form available at www.rentalport.com/legal/claims immediately after the deficiencies have been identified, or via an email message to the Business Partner's email address specified in the Booking Confirmation.
7.1
With respect to the fact that the Customer concludes the Lease Agreement with the Business Partner, the Customer is obliged to claim a complaint with the Business Partner regarding the lease of the Vehicle or offering of extra services and / or the lease of the accessories.
7.3
If the Customer is not satisfied with the settlement of the complaint by the Business Partner, he / she can contact RentalPort.com by e-mail sent to support@rentalport.com. In the report according to the previous sentence, the Customer shall state the details of the reservation, any previous communication with the Business Partner and the completed Business Partner complaint form in which he / she claims the service. If there are no specifications according to this clause in the message addressed to RentalPort.com, or the Customer does not make a Claim at first with the Business Partner, RentalPort.com shall not be obliged to deal with such claim. Upon receipt of the Customer's request according to this clause, RentalPort.com shall endeavor to successfully complete the complaint procedure by the Business Partner. The Customer acknowledges that RentalPort.com is in no way responsible for the complaint procedure outcome or for its failure to deal with it.
7.4
The Customer may cancel the Reservation by one of the communication methods specified in the Reservation Confirmation or through the Reservation Platform before the commencement of the lease of the Vehicle. In case of cancellation, the Customer acknowledges that the Business Partner may charge extra fees. The details of the cancellation procedure and fees may vary from one Business Partner to another, so it is the Customer's responsibility to become acquainted with them appropriately.
VIII. Reservation Cancellation
8.1
The Customer may cancel the Reservation by one of the communication methods specified in the Reservation Confirmation or through the Reservation Platform before the commencement of the lease of the Vehicle. In case of cancellation, the Customer acknowledges that the Business Partner may charge extra fees. The details of the cancellation procedure and fees may vary from one Business Partner to another, so it is the Customer's responsibility to become acquainted with them appropriately.
8.2
The Customer has the option (depending on the specific terms and conditions of the Business Partner) to cancel the Reservation made through the Reservation Platform free of charge within 48 hours before the agreed time of renting the Vehicle. In case of cancellation of the Reservation within less than 48 hours prior to the agreed time of lease of the Vehicle, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that cancellation of the Reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the price of the Reservation as well as the reimbursement of demonstrable transaction costs associated with making the Reservation via the payment gateway. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the cancellation fee as well as reimbursement of transaction costs according to the previous sentence may be unilaterally set off against its claim for refund of the funds paid in connection with the canceled Reservation. RentalPort.com is required for clearing these charges and cancelation fees.
8.3
The Customer acknowledges that if he / she makes a Reservation and fails to arrive at the agreed place on the agreed date for taking over the Vehicle (without canceling the Reservation), he will not be provided any compensation or refund of the amounts already paid. The Customer thus acknowledges that if he / she assumes late arrival at the agreed place and time for taking over the Vehicle, it is the sole duty and responsibility of the Client to contact the Business Partner and inform them of such fact. In the case of cancellation or delay, RentalPort.com shall not be liable for any such condition and shall not provide any compensation or refund of any funds already paid.
8.4
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure and arrange for the cancellation of any Extra Service and / or the Rental of Accessories.
IX. Responsibility
9.1
As the Lease Agreement is established between the Business Partner and the Customer, RentalPort.com shall not be liable in connection with this contractual relationship for any damage or any incurred and future costs, expenses, liabilities (including any tax liability) incurred by Customer in direct or indirect link with the Lease Agreement.
9.2
RentalPort.com is not responsible for the availability, quality or technical condition of the Vehicle, Extra Services and / or Accessories provided by the Business Partner.
9.3
RentalPort.com is not responsible for the behavior and operations of Business Partners, Customers, Reservation Platform Users, their ratings and reviews. No recommendation or reference (in particular, but not limited to Business Partners, Customers, Vehicles, Services, Accessories) on the Reservation Platform provides no guarantee of confidentiality, security, quality and suitability by RentalPort.com and is for informational purposes only.
9.4
The photos presented on the Booking Platform are for presentation purposes only and do not provide any guarantees or recommendations by RentalPort.com.
X. Personal Data Protection and Security
10.1
For the purpose of operational use of the Reservation Platform and the realization of Reservations, Personal Data are processed and without these data iit would not be possible to provide full use of the Reservation Platform or the Services to Business Partners. The terms and conditions for the processing of Personal Data are set out in a separate document "Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data", which will be sent to the Customer at the email address specified in the Reservation Platform and is also available at the following website: www.rentalport.com/legal/gdpr.
10.2
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of personal data, for actual personal data, completeness and truthfulness of the personal data provided in connection with the use of the Reservation Platform.
XI. Customer Reviews
11.1
Upon termination of the Lease of the Vehicle, the Customer will be notified by email with an anonymous questionnaire about satisfaction with Business Partners and Services. Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, the evaluation of the specific Business Partner, which is published on the Reservation Platform, is updated. Customer ratings are primarily used to inform other potential Customers about their experience with Business Partners and Services. RentalPort.com reserves the right not to disclose, modify or remove Customer Ratings at its sole discretion.
11.2
Customer ratings reflect the personal opinions of Customers who completed a questionnaire upon termination of the Service and thereby expressed interest in evaluating the Service or Business Partner provided. These opinions do not necessarily represent the opinions of RentalPort.com and are not a recommendation of RentalPort.com.
XII. Final Provisions
12.1
Relationships not regulated by the GTC shall be governed - depending on the legal personality of the Customer - by the relevant Legislation, in particular the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act in the sale of goods or services under a distance or off-premises contract, Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes and on Amendments to Certain Acts and the Commercial Code.
12.2
If the Customer is in the position of the consumer and is not satisfied with the way of settling the claim or if he believes that his rights have been violated, he has the possibility to contact the Business Partner for a remedy. The request for redress may also be addressed to the RentalPort.com which may attempt to assist the Customer with the resolution. If the request for redress is rejected or is not answered within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of dispatch, the consumer has the right to file a claim for alternative dispute resolution under Section 12 of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. The competent body for alternative dispute resolution is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another competent legal entity registered in the list of subjects of alternative dispute resolution maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic
while the customer has the right to choose which of the above-mentioned entities to contact. At the same time, the consumer can use the online dispute resolution platform, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, to propose an alternative solution to his dispute. The Customer will find information about fees on the website of a specific entity of an alternative solution.
The authority supervising the activities of RentalPort.com is the Slovak Trade Inspection, SOI Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region, Prievozská 32, P. O. BOX no. 5, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Supervision Department.
12.3
RentalPort.com reserves the right to amend or change the GTC for any reason, without notice and without liability to the Customer or any other user. This right shall not affect Reservations paid before the effective date of the amended or changed GBTC.
12.4
Those GTC are valid and effective since 15 September 2019.
